Online Registration Process:

Step 1. Fill out Registration form.

Step 2. Press "Submit Membership Form" button at bottom of page.

Step 3. Mail or fax any Matching Gift forms from your employer

Step 4. Call, Fax, or Mail in credit card information or mail a check.

By sending in your registration, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1) I understand that neither the Dunwoody Nature Center, Inc. nor DeKalb County provide insurance to cover any injury sustained while participating in an activity organized by DNC in Dunwoody Park. and

2) I grant DNC the right to take and utilize photographs of me and/or my child or group participating in an activity for the purpose of promotion and advertising.
